Terms and Conditions

Enrolment: Students must be at least 18 years old to enrol in the course. Proof of age may be required. By enrolling in a course, you are certifying that you have checked the prerequisites for the course and meet the requirements.
Payment: All course fees must be paid in full before the certificates are issued. No refunds on any fees will be given after the start of the course. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the time you pay your deposit to change your mind. No refunds will be issued after the 14-day cooling off period. Any claim for a refund made within the initial 14-day cooling off period will be subject to the relevant deduction of the course registration fee charged by the awarding body, which is non-refundable at any time.
For those who have opted for the flexibility of monthly instalment payments, please note that timely payments are required. Should you fall behind by two or more payments, the centre reserves the right to remove you from the course. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and access to course materials and support will be withdrawn.
Insurance: It is the students responsibility to ensure they can gain appropriate insurance after completion of the course.
Your active participation in all scheduled Tutor Zoom sessions is essential to your success in this course. Attendance is mandatory, and if you miss two or more sessions, you will unfortunately be removed from the programme without the option of a refund. We encourage you to make every effort to attend, as these sessions are designed to enhance your learning experience.
Course Materials: Course materials will be provided to students and are the property of Urban Angel Aesthetics Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.
Academic Integrity: All students are expected to adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity. Cheating or plagiarism will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
Privacy: The institution will collect and process personal information for the purposes of administering the course. Personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the student's consent.
Safety: Students are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others while participating in the course. All safety protocols and instructions provided by Urban Angel Aesthetics must be followed.
Professionalism: All students are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Disruptive behaviour or inappropriate conduct may result in dismissal from the course.
Liability: The institution is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property or for any personal injury sustained during the course.
Certification: Successful completion of the course does not guarantee certification. Certification is subject to meeting all course requirements and passing all assessments, and all course fees must be paid in full.
Changes: Urban Angel Aesthetics Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the course, including but not limited to the schedule, curriculum, and instructors, without prior notice to students. In the rare event a cancellation from Urban Angel occurs, we will organise catch-up sessions as soon as possible to ensure your learning is not disrupted.
Termination: Urban Angel Aesthetics Ltd reserves the right to terminate a student's enrolment in the course for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with these terms and conditions or for disruptive behaviour.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
